Terms of service
1. PERSONAL ARTWORK
In case that the illustration is not a commission, it will be under the terms of a personal artwork. These artworks can be used under the following terms and conditions:
1.1 - It can't be used to make profit. The individual can not obtain economic remuneration on the activity the artwork is used. *
1.2 - Credit to the artist is required. You need to link one or more of the following accounts: Twitter, ArtStation, Pixiv, this Webpage.
1.3 - The usage of the artworks for AI training is completely forbidden.
1.4 - You can not trace or copy the artworks. **
2. STANDARD COMMISSIONS
If the artwork is a result from an standard commission, these are the terms and conditions applied to it:

2.1 - The usage of the artwork is limited to non profit activities. *
2.2 - The artwork can be used on social media and other activities, but always with the proper credit to the artist.
2.3 - The artwork belongs to the artist and the client. If a third person wants to use it, they will need the permission of both parties.
2.4 - The usage of the artworks for AI training is completely forbidden.
2.5 - You can not trace or copy the artworks. **
3. COMMERCIAL COMMISSIONS
Commercial commissions need to follow these conditions:

3.1 - Even though the artwork can be used to make profit, credit to the artist is required.
3.2 - You can't resell the artwork. ***
3.3 - The artwork can only be used by the clients and the artist.
3.4 - The usage of the artworks for AI training is completely forbidden.
3.5 - You can not trace or copy the artworks. **
4. GIVEAWAYS AND ART RAFFLES
If you got the artwork thanks to an art giveaway or art raffle, you need to follow these terms and conditions:
4.1 - The usage of the artwork is limited to non profit activities. *
4.2 - The artwork can be used on social media and other activities, but always with the proper credit to the artist.
4.3 - The artwork belongs to the artist and the client. If a third person wants to use it, they will need the permission of both parties.
4.4 - The usage of the artworks for AI training is completely forbidden.
4.5 - You can not trace or copy the artworks. **
5. PAYMENT
> Commissions must be paid through PayPal or Bizum, using Euro.
> Prices don't include fees.
> The full payment needs to be done as soon as I finish the first WIP. This means:

Illustrations, Character Sheets and Live 2D Models -> As soon as the sketch is finished.

Animations -> As soon as I finish the storyboard sketching.
* If it's a chibi, colored sketch or game assets, they need to be paid BEFORE I start working on them.
If I don't recieve the payment, I won't work on the commission. I will still have all the rights of the sketch or WIP showed and the client won't be able to post or use the WIP in any way.

> You will receive a message when I am about to start your commission. After that, multiple WIP's (Work in progress) will be send after each stage of the artwork.
> Should this not be respected, I won't accept the commission.
6. REFUNDS
> Cancelling the commission before I finish the sketch will get you a full refund if you already paid.
>Cancelling the commission after I finish the lineart but before I start with the base colors will get you a 50% refund.
> If you cancel the commission after I start painting, you won't get a refund.
> If you refund your commission, you won't be sent any of the work I've done.
The client won't be able to use the WIP recieved under any circumstances.
7. SUBSCRIPTIONS, DONATIONS AND GIFTS
> Al payments are final, you can't request refunds.
> We reserve the rights to change the benefits for tiers at any given time. However, this will usually be previously communicated via Discord, Patreon and Twitter.

8. OTHER
> Files will be sent using Google Drive.
> The Files will be deleted from Google Drive after three months. Make sure to download and save them before that.
> I reserve the rights to cancel any commission I am not comfortable with.
> All commissions will be public unless mentioned otherwise.
